I’ve never talked to anyone. I’m used to handling things on my own. Why do I need Coaching?
Coaching harnesses the power of ‘two’, realizing that partnerships always generate better results than one going solo. Also, coaching works in the present with a strategic future focus to lift you out of where you are stuck and place you onto the road where you need to be, using intuition, measurable goals and accountability. Coaching also lifts the stress of feeling like you have to manage it all on your own.
What’s the difference between talking to you or my best friend or family?
Get on a call with me and experience the difference. My job is to be objective, mission-oriented, and honest, in order to get you un-stuck. It’s possible that friends and family have other objectives. It’s also possible that friend and family are the ones keeping you stuck, if proper boundaries aren’t in place.
Why shouldn’t I just take medication?
If you have a medical problem, you are encouraged to consult a doctor and get the medical management you need. Coaching is an extremely effective supplement to medication management, because Coaching focuses on the individual, regardless of any medical condition. I will not slap a label on you. You are YOU and we work together to get you well.
How does it work? What do I have to do in sessions?
It’s best to request a Clarity Session phone call to learn more. In the beginning, we explore your goals, current situation, obstacles, and strengths. Then, we tap into YOUR inner wisdom to skillfully extract out next steps that are appropriate for you to reach your goals.
How long will it take?
3 months of coaching is the minimum recommended. 1 year will be more transformational. It may depend on your specific goals.
I want to get the most out of coaching. What can I do to help?
Simply, love yourself enough to be willing to make the changes that you need to make in order to live the purpose you were created to live.
My spouse and I are having problems. Should we be in individual coaching or come together?
Both. I will need to hear from each of you individually, but you will need to be actively involved in joint coaching sessions.
